Terms of Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing VibeBattle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our platform is a competitive design arena; if you do not agree to these rules, do not enter the Forge. Throughout these terms, "We", "Us", and "The Forge" refer to Futusoft, the legal operator of the VibeBattle platform.

2. User Conduct & The Audit

You are responsible for your content. Do not generate offensive, illegal, or harmful material. Every design undergoes an automated audit by our Qwen-Image models. We reserve the right to remove any designs that violate our community standards or fail our quality filters.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Ownership: You own the creative intent and the digital output of your designs, subject to the underlying licenses of FLUX.1.
• The Arena License: By submitting a design to a battle, you grant VibeBattle a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to display, promote, and manufacture physical products (stickers and gear) featuring that design.
• Credit: VibeBattle commits to crediting creators for all designs featured in our Hall of Fame or Premium Gear collections.

4. Marketplace & Fulfillment

• Orders are fulfilled through our integration with Printful. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipping information will be shared with them for the sole purpose of delivery. While VibeBattle architects the digital file, Printful's specific production and shipping policies apply once the "Neural Fire" becomes physical gear.
• Quality: While we optimize designs using our neural pipeline, physical product quality is subject to the manufacturer's tolerances.
• Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of AI-generated goods, all sales are final unless the product is physically defective.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

VibeBattle provides the Forge "as-is." We are not liable for AI "hallucinations," visual artifacts, or the copyrightability of AI-generated works under evolving international laws. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
