Our Philosophy
Because every piece of gear is custom-forged based on winning designs or your specific prompts, we do not offer returns for "change of mind." However, we stand behind the precision of our Forge.
Defects & Damaged Goods
If your gear arrives with a physical defect, printing error, or shipping damage that wasn't caught by our human quality control, we will make it right.
- Report Window: Contact us within 14 days.
- Required Info: Include order number & clear photos.
- Resolution: Free re-print or full refund.
How to Start a Claim
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Return Request: [Order #]. Our team will review the "digital-to-physical" translation and get back to you within 2 business days.
