1. Data We Collect

To maintain a high-performance design environment, we collect the following:

• Account Information: Managed through Clerk, including your email, name, and profile picture.
• Creative Data: The prompts you input into the Forge, the designs generated by our FLUX.1 pipeline, and your voting history in the Arena.
• Transactional Data: If you purchase gear, we (and our payment processors) collect the shipping and billing info required to fulfill the order.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, device types, and browser info used to optimize our local RTX 5080 nodes and ensure system security.

2. AI Generation & Data Flow

VibeBattle is a hybrid ecosystem. Here is how your "Neural Fire" is handled:

• Local Processing: Many generations are handled on our localized high-performance hardware (NVIDIA RTX 5080) in Oulu.
• Cloud Processing: We utilize Google Vertex AI for infrastructure scaling and prompt management.
• Publicity: By submitting a design to the Arena, you acknowledge that the design and your username will be visible to the public. Prompts are generally kept private unless they are part of a featured "Hall of Fame" showcase.
• Model Training: We do not use your personal data or custom prompts to train third-party foundational models without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the essential partners that make the Forge possible:

• Authentication: Clerk manages your secure login and profile data.
• Payments: Stripe handles your billing info (we never see your card numbers).
• Shipping: Printful receives your address to ship your gear.
• Social Sharing: If you choose to share your designs, we pass the metadata to X, Discord, or Instagram via their secure APIs.

4. Cookies & Persistent Data

We use cookies and local storage to:

• Keep you logged in (via Clerk).
• Remember your "Battle" votes during a session.
• Manage your shopping cart in the Gear store.
• Protect against "voter fraud" and bot activity in the Arena.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we operate from Finland, you have full rights over your data:

• Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Rectification: You can update your account info at any time via your Profile.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data ("The Right to be Forgotten").
• Portability: You can request your generated designs for use outside the platform.

6. Security of the Forge

We implement robust technical measures to protect your data. While we run the most powerful local hardware available (RTX 5080), we also use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit between your device and our servers.
